ICU连续性肾脏替代治疗肾衰竭患者的个性化护理模式应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨ICU连续性肾脏替代治疗肾衰竭患者的个性化护理模式应用价值。方法回顾性选取2018年1月至2020年11月本院ICU肾衰竭患者50例,依据护理模式分为个性化护理模式组(n=25)、常规化护理模式组(n=25)两组,统计分析两组患者的肾功能、心率、血压、并发症发生情况、护理满意度、病死情况。结果个性化护理模式组患者护理后较护理前以及常规化护理模式组的Scr、BUN、TBIL、ALT、CRP水平降低幅度、Ca^(2+)水平升高幅度更明显(P<0.05)。个性化护理模式组患者护理后较护理前以及常规化护理模式组的心率、舒张压、收缩压降低幅度更明显(P<0.05)。个性化护理模式组患者的并发症发生率显著低于常规化护理模式组(P<0.05)。个性化护理模式组患者的护理满意度96.00%(24/25)显著高于常规化护理模式组68.00%(17/25)(P<0.05)。个性化护理模式组患者的病死率4.00%(1/25)显著低于常规化护理模式组20.00%(5/25)(P<0.05)。结论ICU连续性肾脏替代治疗肾衰竭患者的个性化护理模式应用价值较常规化护理模式高。Objective To explore the application value of individualized nursing mode for patients with renal failure treated by continuous renal replacement therapy in ICU.Methods Fifty cases of patients with renal failure in ICU of our hospital from January 2018 to November 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into individualized nursing mode group(n=25)and routine nursing mode group(n=25)two groups according to the nursing mode.The renal functions,heart rates,blood pressures,complications,nursing satisfactions and mortality of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The decreases of Scr,BUN,TBIL,ALT and CRP levels and increase of Ca^(2+)level of the individualized nursing model group were significantly higher than the routine nursing mode group(P<0.05).The decreases of heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the individualized nursing mode group were significantly higher than the routine nursing mode group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the individualized nursing mode group was significantly lower than the routine nursing mode group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the individualized nursing mode group was 96.00%(24/25),which was significantly higher than the routine nursing mode group 68.00%(17/25)(P<0.05).The mortality rate of the individualized nursing model group was 4.00%(1/25),which was significantly lower than the routine nursing mode group 20.00%(5/25)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of individualized nursing mode for patients with renal failure treated by continuous renal replacement therapy in ICU is higher than routine nursing mode.
