摘　　要：目的针对低温等离子射频消融术治疗鼾症患儿后的临床效果及睡眠质量进行观察和分析。方法开展时间为2019年1月20日至2019年8月15日,病例数选取我院收治的鼾症患儿92例;给予统一编号后随机分为试验组和常规组,分别给予低温等离子射频消融扁桃体腺样体切除术治疗(n=46)和传统扁桃体腺样体切除术治疗(n=46),以对比的方式分析两种治疗方案对鼾症患儿治疗效果及睡眠质量的影响。结果试验组的手术指标及治疗后的睡眠质量均相比常规组改善效果明显,且两组患儿的临床疗效相比,试验组(95.65%)大于常规组(82.61%),P<0.05。结论针对鼾症患儿采用低温等离子消融术治疗后对其临床效果及睡眠质量均具有显著的作用,可进行一定的临床推广和应用。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and sleep quality of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of children with snoring.Methods From January 20,2019 to August 15,2019,92 cases of snoring children in our hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and conventional group after unified number.The patients were given low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation tonsillectomy(n=46)and traditional tonsillectomy(n=46),respectively Effect of treatment and sleep quality of children.Results The operation indexes and sleep quality after treatment in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the conventional group,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,the experimental group(95.65%)was higher than the conventional group(82.61%),P<0.05.Conclusion Low temperature plasma ablation has a significant effect on the clinical effect and sleep quality of children with snoring,which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
