宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释节育系统治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果分析

摘　　要：目的评析宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释节育系统治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果,为后续的临床应用奠定理论基础。方法选取本院2017年12月至2018年12月收治的进行腹腔镜手术的患者共计110例,随机分为对照组(55例)和研究组(55例)。两组患者同时实施宫腔镜电切术治疗,研究组在此基础上联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释节育系统治疗,比较两组患者的子宫内膜厚度、雌孕激素水平、月经量变化情况、术后子宫内膜息肉复发率、不良反应率等。结果比较两组患者术后卵泡期子宫内膜厚度、雌/孕激素受体及生长因子表达情况、术后月经量、复发率、不良反应发生率,研究组均显著优于对照组。结论宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释节育系统治疗子宫内膜息肉疗效显著,具有积极的临床改善意义,值得大范围推广使用。Objective To evaluate the effect of endoscopic endometrial polyp electrotomy combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system in the treatment of endometrial polyps and to lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent clinical application.Methods One hundred and ten patients with laparoscopic surgery were selected from December 2017 to December 2018,and were randomly divided into control group(55 cases)and research group(55 cases).The two groups of patients were treated with hysteroscopy.On this basis,the team combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system to compare the thickness of the endometrium,the level of female pregnancy hormone,and the changes in menstrual volume in the two groups,the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of endometrial polyps after surgery.Results The research group was significantly superior to the control group in the study of intrauterine membrane thickness,expression of estrogen/progesterone receptor and growth factor,menstrual volume,relapse rate and adverse reaction rate.Conclusion The assisted hysteroscopic treatment of endometrial polyp with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system has significant curative effect and positive clinical improvement significance,and is worthy of wide application.
