摘　　要：目的分析孕晚期常规B族链球菌(GBS)筛查及分娩期预防性抗生素治疗对降低新生儿早发型GBS的效果。方法本研究共96例研究对象,均为孕产妇,根据治疗方法进行分组,两组均进行孕晚期常规GBS筛查。将在产后接受抗生素治疗的48例产妇作为对照组,另外48例在分娩期产程中与产后行抗生素治疗的产妇作为研究组。对比分析两组治疗情况,统计新生儿早发型GBS感染率与产后不良反应率,观察两组的新生儿结局。结果在住院时间上,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在产后不良反应率与新生儿GBS感染率上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在新生儿不良结局发生率上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在出生5 min,研究组新生儿Apgar评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕晚期常规GBS筛查及分娩期预防性抗生素治疗的效果理想,可有效降低新生儿GBS感染率,临床可进一步推广运用。Objective To analyze the effect of routine GBS screening and preventive antibiotic therapy in late pregnancy on reducing early onset GBS of newborns.Methods A total of 96 subjects in this study,all pregnant and lying-in women,were grouped according to treatment methods,and both groups were screened for routine GBS in the third trimester.Forty-eight parturients who received antibiotic treatment after childbirth were used as the control group,and another 48 parturients who received antibiotic treatment during and after childbirth were used as the research group.The treatment conditions of the two groups were compared and analyzed,the neonatal early-onset GBS infection rate and the postpartum adverse reaction rate were counted,and the neonatal outcomes of the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group(P<0.05).The rate of postpartum adverse reactions and neonatal GBS infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes was lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).At 5 minutes after birth,the Apgar score of the newborns in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of routine GBS screening and preventive antibiotic therapy in the third trimester of pregnancy is ideal,which can effectively reduce the GBS infection rate of newborns,and can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
