氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取2016年4月至2017年4月经我院确诊为高血压合并冠心病的患者150例,将符合条件的100例患者按照随机抽签法平均分为50例试验组和50例对照组,试验组使用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,对照组使用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果试验组临床总有效率为76%,对照组临床总有效率为62%,血脂TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C等各数据指标明显优于对照组,二者之间差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片能够有效缓解高血压合并冠心病患者症状,降低并发症出现率,建议进行临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease diagnosed by our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected.One hundred eligible patients were divided into 50 experimental group and 50 control group according to random lot method.The experimental group was treated with amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets,while the control group was treated with atorvastatin.Therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 76%,and that of the control group was 62%.The indexes of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C of blood lipid were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets can effectively alleviate the symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.It is suggested that they be widely used in clinic.
