分阶段式健康教育在肿瘤化疗患者中实施效果评价

摘　　要：目的本次试验将采用分阶段式健康教育方法对肿瘤化疗期患者实施护理,分析治疗期间成效。方法在自愿参与试验调查的基础上,选择2019年1月至2019年7月前来本院就诊62例患者作为观察对象。采用随机分组法将患者分为对照组(n=31)与观察组(n=31)。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则为分阶段式健康教育方法。结果观察组患者在护理依从率上为90.32%(28/31),对照组为77.42%(24/31),组间对比差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在健康教育知识的评分上,观察组患者掌握程度更好,为(93.10±2.70)分,对照组则为(83.40±3.60)分,且两组患者均具有自我护理意识,以观察组的表现更优。在护理满意度的调查上,观察组患者的满意度(93.55%)明显优于对照组(83.87%)。结论采用分阶段式健康教育护理策略能够更好地为肿瘤化疗患者提供护理帮助,能够加强疾病康复意识和具备自我护理能力,在护理治疗的配合程度上也有所改善,有利于化疗期间疾病的快速康复。Objective This experiment will adopt a staged health education method to care for patients during chemotherapy and analyze the effectiveness of the treatment period.Methods On the basis of voluntary participation in the experimental investigation,62 patients who came to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected as observation objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=31)by random grouping method.The patients in the control group adopted conventional nursing measures,and the observation group adopted a phased health education method.Results The nursing compliance rate of the observation group was 90.32%(28/31),and the control group was 77.42%(24/31).The difference between the groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).In the scoring of health education knowledge,the observation group had a better grasp of(93.10±2.70)points,while the control group had(83.40±3.60)points,and both groups had self-care awareness.The observation group performed better.The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly better than 83.87%in the control group.Conclusion Adopting a staged health education and nursing strategy can better provide nursing help for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,strengthen disease recovery awareness and have self-care ability,and improve the degree of cooperation in nursing treatment,which is conducive to the rapid recovery of diseases during chemotherapy.
