宣白承气汤治疗痰热壅肺型重症肺炎的效果和对肺功能的影响评价

摘　　要：目的观察在痰热壅肺型重症肺炎患者的治疗中,宣白承气汤的治疗效果以及对患者肺功能的影响。方法随机选择我院100例痰热壅肺型重症肺炎患者,在遵从患者治疗意愿前提下,将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组患者统一安排西医治疗(50例),试验组统一安排宣白承气汤治疗(50例),比较两种治疗方式的治疗效果以及对患者肺功能指标的影响。结果治疗效果:对照组和试验组痰热壅肺型重症肺炎患者治疗总治疗有效率分别为80.00%(40/50)和94.00%(47/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺功能指标:对照组治疗前的FEV1与试验组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗1周后的FEV1指标与试验组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前的FEV1/FVC指标与试验组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗1周后的FEV1/FVC指标与试验组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将宣白承气汤应用于痰热壅肺型重症肺炎患者的治疗中,可对患者的肺功能起到良好的改善作用,提高患者的临床治疗效果,可大力推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of xuanbai chengqi decoction and its effect on lung function in the treatment of severe pulmonary pneumonia.Methods One hundred cases of severe pulmonary pneumonia received and treated in our hospital were randomly selected.They were divided into control group and experimental group under the premise of complying with the patient's treatment intention,and control group patients were unified Western medicine treatment(50 cases),the experimental group arranged xuanbai chengqi decoction treatment(50 cases)and compared the therapeutic effects of the two treatment methods and the effects on the lung function indicators of the patients.Results Treatment effect:the total effective rates of the control group and the experimental group were 80.00%(40/50)and 94.00%(47/50),respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).Pulmonary function index:there was no significant difference in FEV1 between the control group and the experimental group before treatment(P>0.05);there was significant difference in FEV1 between the control group and the experimental group after one week of treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in FEV1/FVC between the control group and the experimental group before treatment(P>0.05);there was significant difference in FEV1/FVC between the control group and the experimental group after one week of treatment the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of xuanbai chengqi decoction in the treatment of phlegm fever Yoon pulmonary severe pneumonia can improve the lung function of patients and improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,which can be widely promoted.
