摘　　要：目的连续性血液净化治疗ICU重症脓毒症患者护理中渗透人文关怀理念的效果影响。方法随机抽取2019年8月至2020年8月在我院接受连续性血液净化治疗的ICU重症脓毒症患者94例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在前者基础上实施人文关怀护理。对比两组不良事件发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论给予患者人文关怀护理可降低不良事件发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care concept in continuous blood purification for ICU patients with severe sepsis.Methods A total of 94 ICU patients with severe sepsis who received continuous blood purification treatment in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received humanistic nursing on the basis of the former.The incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care for patients can reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
