精细化护理在老年髋部骨折患者护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析研究精细化护理在老年髋部骨折患者护理中的应用。方法选取本院2018年7月至2019年8月收治的84例老年髋部骨折患者进行此次研究,按照数字表法把患者分为参照组和观察组,每组各42例。参照组实行常规护理,观察组实行精细化护理,对比两组在护理前后的疼痛评分、舒适度评分和患者的护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组护理后的疼痛评分低于参照组,舒适度评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理后的满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在对老年髋部骨折患者所进行的护理中,精细化护理能够降低手术对患者带来的痛苦,进一步提高患者的舒适度,使临床治疗成效变得更加的显著,提高患者对护理服务的满意程度,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the application of meticulous nursing in the elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods Eighty-four elderly patients with hip fracture admitted in our hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 were selected for this study.According to the method of digital table,the patients were divided into two groups:the reference group and the observation group,42 cases in each group.Among them,routine nursing is carried out in the reference group and refined nursing in the observation group.The pain score,comfort score and patients'nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the pain score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group,and the comfort score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of the elderly patients with hip fracture,meticulous nursing can reduce the pain of the operation,further improve the comfort of the patients,make the clinical treatment effect become more significant,and improve the satisfaction of the patients with nursing service,which has the value of promotion.
