心理干预护理在甲状腺功能亢进患者护理中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预护理在甲状腺功能亢进患者护理中的临床效果。方法从2018年6月至2019年6月来我院就诊的甲状腺功能亢进患者中选择90例患者参与此次试验,随机分成试验组与对照组,每组45例,对照组给予常规护理,试验组执行常规护理基础上增加心理干预护理。对比两组护理效果。结果试验组焦虑评分为(30.73±4.62)分,抑郁评分为(27.78±4.91)分;对照组焦虑评分为(59.56±5.46)分,抑郁评分为(45.35±5.44)分,试验组患者的心理状态较对照组患者更好(P<0.05)。试验组的护理总满意率为97.78%,对照组的护理总满意率为75.56%,试验组患者较对照组更加认可护理干预措施(P<0.05)。结论在护理甲状腺亢进患者当中,执行心理护理能够有力改善患者心理状态,提升患者的治疗依从性,提升疗效。Objective To explore clinical effects of psychological intervention nursing on hyperthyroidism patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the experimental group was given psychological intervention nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety score and depression score in the experimental group were respectively(30.73±4.62)points,(27.78±4.91)points,while those of the control group were respectively(59.56±5.46)points,(45.35±5.44)points,so the psychological statue of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 97.78%,while that in the control group was 75.56%,so the total nursing satisfaction the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For hyperthyroidism patients,the implementation of psychological intervention nursing can effectively regulate psychological statue of patients,promote patients to actively cooperate with treatment and nursing,improve the treatment effect,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
