慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析中应用认知行为护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为护理用于慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者的价值。方法选取本院血液透析室2014年1月至2015年1月慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者88例,根据随机表法将患者分两组,每组各44例。对照组行常规护理,观察组予认知行为护理,对比两组患者负性情绪、透析延迟及贫血改善差异。结果护理前两组负性情绪对比P>0.05,无差异性;护理后观察组患者负性情绪评分和透析延迟率均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组血红蛋白达标例数、血铁蛋白达标例数分别为43例、44例,均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者实施认知行为护理,可消减患者负面情绪,减少透析延迟,改善贫血状态。Objective To explore the value of cognitive behavior nursing for patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)on hemodialysis.Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)were selected from the hemodialysis room of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015,and divided into two groups according to random table method,44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cognitive behavioral nursing.The differences in the improvement of negative mood,delayed dialysis and anemia were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no difference in the negative emotion between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the negative mood score and dialysis delay rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The numbers of hemoglobin and hemferritin in the observation group were 43 and 44 cases,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral nursing for hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure can reduce negative emotions,reduce dialysis delay and improve anemia status.
