多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探究多样性护理在糖尿病合并冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年3月诊治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者82例,采用随机序贯法分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用多样性护理。比较两组患者的疾病知识知晓度、健康行为规范度、血糖水平(空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖)、生活质量(SF-36评分)和护理满意度。结果经护理后,观察组患者疾病知识知晓度(92.58±3.65)分、健康行为规范度(90.68±4.23)分、SF-36评分(84.52±4.68)分和护理满意度(91.55±4.67)分高于对照组[(85.14±4.89)分、(82.39±4.57)分、(77.31±5.75)分、(86.13±5.36)分],其空腹血糖(5.31±0.85)mmol/L和餐后2 h血糖(8.45±1.32)mmol/L低于对照组[(6.55±0.87)mmol/L、(9.73±1.43)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并冠心病患者采用多样性护理能够加强患者对疾病知识的掌握,规范健康行为,控制血糖水平,改善生活质量,护理满意度高,值得临床深入推广实践。Objective To explore the effect of diversity nursing in nursing of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods Eightytwo patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41).The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with diversity nursing.The two groups of patients were compared with disease knowledge awareness,health behavior standards,blood glucose levels(fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 h after a meal),quality of life(SF-36 score)and nursing satisfaction.Results After nursing,the observation group disease knowledge awareness(92.58±3.65),healthy behavior standard(90.68±4.23),SF-36 score(84.52±4.68),and nursing satisfaction(91.55±4.67)points were higher than the control group[(85.14±4.89)points,(82.39±4.57)points,(77.31±5.75)points,(86.13±5.36)points].Fasting blood glucose(5.31±0.85)mmol/L and postmeal 2 h blood glucose(8.45±1.32)mmol/L were lower than those in the control group[(6.55±0.87)mmol/L,(9.73±1.43)mmol/L],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of diversity nursing for patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease can strengthen the knowledge of disease,standardize the health behavior,control the blood glucose level,improve the quality of life,and the nursing satisfaction is high,which is worth the practice in the clinical field.
