预见性护理在肺癌免疫治疗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析预见性护理在肺癌免疫治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院于2019年8月至2020年8月收治的76例进行肺癌免疫性治疗的患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(38例,常规护理),观察组(38例,预见性护理),观察两组患者的不良反应发生率、护理满意度、生活质量评分。结果两组在护理前的生活质量评分无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率、护理满意度分别低于、高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论为进行肺癌免疫治疗的患者实施预见性护理,能够有效降低不良反应发生率,提高患者对于护理的满意度。Objective To analyze the application of predictive nursing in patients with lung cancer immunotherapy.Method We selected 76 patients who were admitted to our hospital for lung cancer immunotherapy from August 2019 to August 2020.The patients were divided into a control group(38 cases,routine care)and an observation group(38 cases,predictive nursing),using a random number table method.observe the incidence of adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients.Results There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and it was higher than that of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were lower and higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing predictive care for patients undergoing lung cancer immunotherapy can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing care.
