优质护理对消化内镜下治疗的胃肠息肉患者负性情绪及满意度的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探究优质护理对消化内镜下治疗的胃肠息肉患者负性情绪及满意度的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年4月在本院接受治疗的胃肠息肉患者60例,随机数字法均分为两组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理,对比两组的负性情绪评分(SDS、SAS评分)、不良反应发生率,以及患者的护理满意度评分。结果经过护理,观察组的SDS、SAS评分分别为(39.62±3.25)分、(38.85±2.07)分,均低于对照组评分;观察组的不良反应发生率为13.33%,低于对照组的46.66%;观察组的护理满意度评分为(87.71±2.23)分,高于对照组评分,上述结果差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可以改善消化内镜下治疗的胃肠息肉患者的护理水平,减少患者的负性情绪,并且降低不良反应发生率,提高患者的护理满意度,从而构建和谐的医护患关系。Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on negative emotion and satisfaction of patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated by digestive endoscopy.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing.The negative emotion score(SDS,SAS score),incidence of adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction score of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were respectively(39.62±3.25)points and(38.85±2.07)points,which were lower than those of the control group;the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 13.33%,which was lower than the control group's 46.66%.The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(87.71±2.23)points,which was higher than the score of the control group.The above results were significantly different and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can improve the nursing level of patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated by digestive endoscopy,reduce the negative emotions of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,so as to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
