摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理干预在重症脑出血患者中的应用价值。方法在2020年2月至2021年1月,从本院诊治的重症脑出血患者中选取随机抽取92例患者作为本次研究样本,按照随机数字表方式对患者分组,即对照组(n=46例,采用常规护理)和观察组(n=46例,常规护理基础上增加优质护理干预),对比两组护理质量、护理前后NIHSS评分变化情况以及并发症发生率,明确优质护理干预的临床应用价值。结果观察组护理质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组NIHSS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后均明显下降且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(4.35%vs.17.39%)(P<0.05)。结论对重症脑出血患者实施优质护理干预,效果好,可以有效提高护理工作质量,改善患者神经缺损症状,减少并发症发生,值得推荐患者使用。Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From February 2020 to January 2021,92 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed and treated in our hospital were randomly selected as samples for this study,and the patients were grouped according to a random number table,namely the control group(n=46 cases,using routine care)and the observation group(n=46 cases,adding high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine care),comparing the two groups of nursing quality,changes in NIHSS scores before and after nursing,and the incidence of complications,and clarifying the quality of high-quality nursing intervention Clinical application value.Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the NIHSS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and both decreased significantly after treatment and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.35%vs.17.39%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage has good results.It can effectively improve the quality of nursing work,improve the symptoms of patients with neurological deficits,and reduce the occurrence of complications.It is worth recommending to patients.
