腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠患者的围手术期护理方法研究

摘　　要：目的评价围手术期护理在异位妊娠患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月我院收治的78例异位妊娠患者,抽签法将患者平均分为对照组和研究组,39例/组,对照组接受常规护理,研究组采用围手术期护理,对比两组异位妊娠患者的护理效果。结果研究组SAS评分、SDS评分、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均优于对照组,P<0.05。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组的护理满意度评分高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组PSQI评分小于对照组P<0.05。结论围手术期护理在异位妊娠患者护理中的应用效果确切,能够降低患者并发症发生率,值得在临床上进行推广使用。Objective To evaluate the application effect of perioperative nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods Seventy-eight patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected,and the patients were equally divided into control group and research group by drawing lots,39 cases/group.The control group received routine nursing,while the research group received perioperative nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups of patients with ectopic pregnancy were compared.Results The SAS score,SDS score,time of getting out of bed,time of anal exhaust and time of hospitalization in the research group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).PSQI score in the research group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing has definite effect in the nursing of ectopic pregnancy patients,can reduce the incidence of complications of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
