风险管理运用于重症高血压患者护理管理中的价值探究

摘　　要：目的探讨对重症高血压患者实施风险管理护理的临床价值。方法纳入对象为本院诊治的重症高血压患者92例为研究对象,时间为2020年2月至2021年1月,按照护理方式不同对患者分组,采用常规护理患者为对照组(n=46),在常规护理基础上采用风险管理护理的患者为观察组(n=46),统计两组患者干预前后血压水平变化情况、护理风险事件发生率以及护理满意度情况,明确风险管理对重症高血压患者护理的临床价值。结果干预前两组患者血压水平相比无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后两组患者血压水平均有所降低,且观察组降低更加明显(P<0.05);在护理风险事件发生率方面比较,观察组明显低于对照组(2.38%vs.14.29%)(P<0.05)。结论将风险管理运用于重症高血压患者护理管理中,效果显著,可以有效降低患者的血压水平,提高护理质量,预防护理风险事件发生,降低投诉率,提高患者对护理服务工作的满意度。Objective To explore the clinical value of risk management nursing for patients with severe hypertension.Methods Enrolled subjects were 92 patients with severe hypertension diagnosed and treated by our hospital from February 2020 to January 2021.Patients were divided into groups according to different nursing methods.Patients with routine care were used as the control group.46 cases were in routine care.The patients who adopted risk management nursing based on nursing were the observation group,46 cases.The changes in blood pressure level,nursing risk event rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after intervention were counted,and the clinical value of risk management in the nursing of patients with severe hypertension was clarified.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure levels between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the blood pressure levels of the two groups decreased,and the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05);Comparing the incidence of nursing risk events,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(2.38%vs.14.29%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying risk management to the nursing management of patients with severe hypertension has a significant effect.It can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of the patients,improve the quality of care,prevent the occurrence of nursing risk events,reduce the complaint rate,and increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing services.
