银川市某养老机构高龄老人归属感与家庭关怀度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的调查银川市某养老机构高龄老年人的归属感与家庭关怀度的关系。方法选择某养老机构入住的高龄老年人102例为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、养老机构老年人归属感量表、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)进行调查。结果养老机构高龄老年人的归属感在不同年龄、经济来源及居住时间之间的比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而不同年龄及经济来源的高龄老年人在家庭关怀度方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);高龄老年人归属感总分为(38.26±7.04)分,家庭关怀度总分为(7.96±1.96)分,高龄老年人的归属感得分与家庭关怀度得分呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论养老机构高龄老年人的归属感及家庭关怀度存在相关性,因此,家庭关怀度是提高老年人生活质量的重要因素之一。Objective To investigate the relationship between the sense of belonging and the degree of family care of the elderly in a nursing institution in Yinchuan.Methods 102 elderly people who lived in a nursing institution in Yinchuan were selected as the research object.The general information questionnaire,the sense of belonging scale of the elderly in the nursing institution and the family care index questionnaire(APGRA)were used to investigate.Results There were statistically significant differences in the sense of belonging of the elderly in nursing institutions among different ages,economic sources and residence time(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the degree of family care among the elderly with different ages and economic sources(P<0.05).The total score of sense of belonging was(38.26±7.04)and the total score of the family care was(7.96±1.96).There was a positive correlation of the scores of belonging to the scores of family care(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the sense of belonging and the degree of family care of the elderly in the nursing institution.Therefore,the degree of family care is one of the important factors to improve the living quality of the elderly.
