上海制造业升级及动力机制实证研究  

An Empirical Study on Structural Upgrading of Manufacturing Industry and Its Driving Mechanism in Shanghai

摘　　要：本文在对两位数的制造业行业进行技术层次的分类基础上,针对上海制造业结构升级及其动力机制进行计量经济的分析后发现:2000年以来,上海制造业产出结构升级趋势明显,但是产出收益结构高度化水平却明显下降。消费需求、城市化、外资技术溢出、外商直接投资、对外货物贸易既促进了制造业产出结构升级,也促进了产出收益的结构升级;环境规制和政府干预行为促进了制造业产出结构的升级,但是对产出收益结构高度化的影响并不显著。在2010年创新驱动战略可操作的举措中,财政科技投入、政府干预行为均有效地促进了上海制造业的产出结构升级,但同时也加深了对产出收益结构的负面影响;环境规制对上海制造业产出结构升级和产出收益结构升级的影响都是十分正面的,但带来的影响效果不同;研发经费的投入抑制了上海制造业的产出结构升级,但产出收益结构高度化受到的负面影响未发生改变。Based on the technical level classification of the double-digit manufacturing industry,an econometric analysis was conducted on the structural upgrading and dynamic mechanism of the manufacturing industry in Shanghai.The results indicate that there has been an obvious upgrading of the output structure of the manufacturing industry in Shanghai,but the upgrading of its output-income structure has declined significantly since 2000.The consumption demand,urbanization,technological spillover of foreign capital,foreign direct investment,and foreign trade of goods have not only promoted the upgrading of output structure but also promoted the upgrading of the output-income structure of the manufacturing industry in Shanghai.Environmental regulation and government intervention have promoted the upgrading of the output structure of the manufacturing industry,but the influence on the upgrading of the output-income structure is not significant.In the feasible measures of the innovation-driven strategy in 2010,fiscal investment in science and technology and government intervention significantly promoted the upgrading of the output structure of the manufacturing industry in Shanghai,which,meanwhile,further strengthened the negative impact on the output-income structure.The impact of environmental regulation on the upgrading of output structure and output-income structure of the manufacturing industry in Shanghai is significantly positive,but with different effects.The research and development spending restrained the upgrading of the output structure of the manufacturing industry in Shanghai,but the negative impact on the upgrading of output-income structure did not change significantly.
