摘 要:饲用抗生素滥用引发的细菌耐药性问题日益受到全球关注,研发饲用抗生素替代品迫在眉睫。噬菌体具有特异性强和安全性高等特点,在替代抗生素控制疾病方面具有巨大潜力。有效缓解仔猪断奶后腹泻、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌等致病菌对仔猪的危害,对生猪产业至关重要。文章从噬菌体对仔猪生长性能、养分消化率、肠道形态、肠道菌群的影响及噬菌体控制病原菌的可能作用机制进行了综述,旨在为噬菌体在仔猪饲粮中的研究与应用提供理论基础和实践参考。The abuse of feed antibiotic has resulted in the emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria,which is getting increasing attention of people around the world.The development of alternatives to feed antibiotics is imminent.As a virus characterized by high specificity and security,bacteriophage have a great potential to control diseases in place of feed antibiotics.It is of great importance to effectively alle⁃viate post-weaning diarrhea syndrome and pathogens infection of piglets(such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella)in swine industry.The dietary phages supplementation for piglets,mainly focusing on growth performance,nutrient digestibility,intestinal morphology,and intestinal microbiota,as well as the possi⁃ble underlying mechanism were summarized.This review will provide theoretical basis and practical ref⁃erences for research and application of bacteriophage in piglet diets.
