论网络财务管理中的风险及其防范措施

摘　　要：当代网络信息技术的发展不仅改变了人们的生活方式和工作环境,而且也推动了企业由传统财务走向网络财务的进程。而财务信息的开放式管理与财务数据的机密性的矛盾在网络财务管理中比较突出,给企业的网络财务系统带来了大量的风险。通过分析网络财务的特点,揭示网络财务在我国企业应用中存在的风险,进而提出在网络财务管理中防范风险的基本措施。The development of contemporary network information technology not only changes people’s lifestyle and working environment,but also promotes the process of enterprises from traditional finance to network finance.The contradiction between the open management of financial information and the confidentiality of financial data is more prominent in the network financial management,which brings a lot of risks to the enterprise’s network financial system.By analyzing the characteristics of network finance,this paper reveals the risks existing in the application of network finance in Chinese enterprises,and then puts forward the basic measures to prevent risks in network financial management.
