摘　　要：综合利用网络调查法与文献调查法等方法,对美国高校图书馆电子书优先政策的内容与实践经验进行调查和分析,并归纳这些政策在内容、效力、政策细节等方面的异同。研究发现,美国高校图书馆的电子书优先政策可划分为专门型、学科型、发展型和分散型,四种类型各具特点和优势。研究可为我国高校图书馆电子书资源建设不合理、馆藏建设缺乏规划的现状提供借鉴,亦可为国内“双一流”高校图书馆制定电子书优先政策提供参考。The paper comprehensively use network investigation methods and literature investigation methods to investigate and analyze the content and practical experience of the e-preferred monograph policy of American academic libraries and summarize the similarities and differences of these policies in terms of content effective-ness and policy details.The study finds that the e-preferred monograph policy of American academic libraries can be divided into specialized disciplinary comprehensive and decentralized.The four types have their own characteristics and advantages.The study puts forward several enlightenments which can be used to provide references for the unreasonable construction of e-book resources in academic libraries in China and the lack of planning for collection construction and can also provide reference for"Double-First Class"university libraries to formulate the e-preferred monograph policy.
