摘 要:针对废旧电路板非金属粉末改性沥青在实际道路工程应用中存在的特点和不足,采用不同质量分数的硅烷偶联剂溶液(KH550)对非金属粉末(NMP)进行预处理,再用处理过的粉末作为改性剂改性沥青。通过对NMP改性沥青的高温性能、低温性能、感温性能和相容性能开展试验研究,最终得到KH550表面处理NMP的合理质量分数为2%。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪,研究了处理前后NMP的表面特性以及NMP改性沥青的微观改性机理。结果表明:采用硅烷偶联剂处理过的非金属粉末可显著提高NMP改性沥青的高温性能和存储稳定性,降低温度敏感性,但对其低温性能无明显改善。In view of the characteristics and deficiencies of the nonmetal powder modified asphalt of waste printed circuit boards in the practical application of road engineering,the nonmetal powder(NMP)was pretreated with silane coupling agent solution(KH550)of different mass fractions,and then the powder modified asphalt was used.Through the high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,temperature sensitivity and compatibility of NMP modified asphalt,the reasonable mass fraction of NMP for surface treatment of KH550 was finally obtained as 2%.The surface characteristics of NMP before and after treatment were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.The results show that the nonmetal powder treated with silane coupling agent can significantly improve the high-temperature performance and storage stability of NMP modified asphalt and reduce the temperature sensitivity,but it has no obvious improvement on the low-temperature performance.
