摘  要:节能环保材料被当今社会广泛需求,在显示、建筑用薄膜、汽车贴膜、智能黑板、电子书等领域,双稳态光学薄膜材料备受青睐,近晶A相液晶具有良好的双稳态性能。采用聚合物分散近晶A相液晶的方法,制备了一种具备良好电光性能的双稳态薄膜材料。利用紫外/可见/近红外分光光度计研究了薄膜的电光性能,利用偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等观察了薄膜的微观形貌及网络形貌。实验结果表明,薄膜的较佳聚合条件为,交联剂柔性链长度适中,聚合温度在303.5K-313.5K。Energy saving and environmentally friendly materials are widely demand in today’s society.Bistable optical film is popular in the field of display,building film,automotive film,intelligent blackboard,electronic books,etc.Smectic A liquid crystals possess good bistable properties.Using the method of blending polymers with Smectic A liquid crystals,the bistable film with good electro-optical properties was prepared.Moreover,the electro-optic property,the microstructure and the network morphology were studied by UV/Vis/NIR spectrophotometer,polarized optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy respectively.Experimental results show that the optimization conditions are as follows:the flexible chain length of the crosslinking agent is moderate and the polymerization temperatures are between 303.5 K to 313.5 K.
