摘　　要：针对近两年化工企业检修过程中频繁发生无氧作业人身伤亡事故,本文从工程技术措施、日常管理措施、个体防护措施和应急处置措施4个方面进行分析和讨论,进一步管控催化剂更换无氧作业风险,确保装置安全、优质、正点完成大检修和复产工作。In view of the frequent casualties caused by anaerobic operation in the maintenance process of chemical enterprises in recent two years,this paper analyzes and discusses from four aspects:engineering technical measures,daily management measures,individual protection measures and emergency treatment measures,so as to further control the risk of anaerobic operation of catalyst replacement and ensure the safety,high quality and timely completion of major maintenance and resumption of production.
