摘  要:随着工业化生产的持续升级,各个行业对于材料的要求也有了更高的要求,尤其是高精尖的汽车行业,航空航天行业等。因此树脂基碳纤维复合材料作为新兴材料油然而生,其优质的抗高温性能,及结构的稳定性,耐腐蚀性不断的发掘和广泛应用。本文不仅介绍树脂基碳纤维复合材料在各项性能及优势,同时简述其制孔缺陷、钻削工艺及相应的优化和改良方案,希望对材料的发展前景有更加深入的分析及探索。With the continuous upgrading of industrial production,various industries have higher requirements for materials,especially the sophisticated automobile industry,aerospace industry and so on.Therefore,as a new material,the resin-based carbon fiber composites have emerged,and their good high temperature resistance,structural stability and corrosion resistance have been continuously explored and widely used.This paper not only introduces the properties and advantages of resin-based carbon fiber composites,but also briefly describes its hole-making defects,drilling technology and corresponding optimization and improvement programs,hoping to have a more in-depth analysis and exploration of the development prospects of materials.
