东门杂交桉无性系生长变异研究

摘　　要：为了解杂交桉无性系造林后生长变异情况,以广西国有东门林场6年生的35个杂交桉无性系为研究对象,对其4个生长性状及变异进行分析,结果表明:参试无性系的树高、胸径、材积和干形指数均值分别为11.7 cm、17.8 m、0.1082 m^(3)和2.5,变异系数分别为26.7%、22.1%、60.2%、40.8%。单株材积均值排名前3的无性系分别为DH589-3、DH717-1、DH32-26,均值分别为0.15993、0.14442、0.14420 m^(3)。各生长性状在无性系间和无性系内均呈极显著差异。无性系重复力范围在0.88~0.96,单株重复力范围在0.66~0.87,重复力均在0.66以上,说明无性系遗传稳定性较好。The purpose of this study was to understand the growth variation of hybrid Eucalyptus clones in Dongmen.For this study,356-year-old hybrid Eucalyptus clones were selected in Guangxi state-owned Dongmen Forest Farm,and their variation for four growth traits was analyzed.The results showed that the mean values of tree height,diameter at breast height,volume and stem shape index of the tested clones were 11.7 cm,17.8 m,0.1082 m^(3) and 2.5 respectively,and the coefficients of variation for these traits were 26.7%,22.1%,60.2%and 40.8%respectively.Clones DH589-3,DH717-1 and DH32-26 were the best three clones for growth with average individual tree volumes of 0.1599 m^(3),0.1444 m^(3) and 0.1442 m^(3) respectively.There were significant differences in growth traits both among and within clones.The repeatability of clones for growth traits ranged from 0.88 to 0.96,and that of individual trees ranged from 0.66 to 0.87.That all repeatabilities were 0.66 or higher shows that the clonal inheritance for this cohort of 35 clones is stable.
