摘 要:为了研究不同汽车面漆的隔热性,实验中选择了2种溶剂型汽车面漆和1种水性汽车面漆,对这3种汽车面漆依次进行本征性能与应用性能测试,在测试的涂料中样本1涂料的性能最好,而样本2的性能最差。对加入钛白粉后汽车面漆的应用性能进行测试表明,样本3的性能最好,而样本2的性能最差。讨论了在每种汽车面漆中添加3种不同比例的钛白粉对汽车涂料隔热性能的影响。In order to study different automotive topcoats’insulation properties,two solvent-borne automotive topcoats and a waterborne automotive topcoat were selected for the experiment.These three automotive topcoats underwent intrinsic performance and application performance tests in turn.Coating sample 1 has the best performance while coatings sample 2 has the worst performance.After addition of titanium dioxide,the automotive topcoats’application performance was tested.The results show that sample 3 has the best performance while sample 2 has the worst performance.The influence of adding titanium dioxide of three different proportions to each automotive topcoat on automotive coatings’insulation properties is discussed.
