硫酸法钛白粉生产副产物硫酸亚铁的精制方法

摘　　要：探索了一种钛白粉行业副产品硫酸亚铁的精制提纯工艺方法,以较低的成本把钛白粉行业副产品硫酸亚铁,提纯达到医药用硫酸亚铁的技术标准,尽可能实现资源的循环利用。其工艺路线如下:原料硫酸亚铁经过初步除钛后,再采用络合沉淀法进行精制提纯,通过调节络合剂加入量、加入方式及反应体系的pH值、温度等控制条件,探索了硫酸亚铁精制提纯的工艺方法。结果表明:在络合剂硫化钠用量控制在1%(指硫化钠占七水硫酸亚铁的质量分数),反应温度控制在40℃左右,硫化钠加入后体系pH值控制在6.5~7.0的条件下,精制产品达到高纯度硫酸亚铁的要求,且收率达到90%以上。This paper explores a process of refining and purifying ferrous sulfate,a by-product of the titanium dioxide industry,through which ferrous sulfate can be purified to meet the technical standards of ferrous sulfate for pharmaceutical use at a low cost and realize recycling of resources as much as possible.The process route is as follows:after preliminary removal of titanium from the raw material ferrous sulfate,it is refined and purified through the complex precipitation method.Through adjustment of the dosage of complexing agent,the method of addition and control conditions such as the pH value and temperature of the reaction system,the process of refining and purifying sulfuric acid is explored.The results show that when the dosage of complexing agent sodium sulfide is controlled at 1%,the reaction temperature is controlled at about 40℃and the pH value of the system is controlled at 6.5~7.0 after addition of sodium sulfide,the refined product meets the requirements of high-purity ferrous sulfate and the yield is more than 90%.
