摘　　要：以重庆朝天门大桥的防腐涂装为例,采用桥梁钢结构防腐维修模块化管理方法,通过对现场涂层质量状况的勘验,并根据现场勘验和评估所得出的涂层实际质量状况,为用户量身定制涂层维护和保养计划,提供给用户专业、标准的报告,并采用低表面处理改性环氧涂料配合适当面漆涂层体系等作为主要防腐维修手段,为整体解决桥梁钢结构的防腐维修管理问题提供新的思路,也提出客户的资产运行寿命周期最大化的有效资产管理维护的新方法。This paper takes the anti-corrosion coatings for Chongqing Chaotianmen Bridge for example.The method of modular management of anti-corrosion maintenance of bridge steel structures was adopted to inspect the quality of the actual coatings.A customized coatings maintenance and reparation plan was formulated according to the actual quality of coatings determined through on-the-spot inspection and evaluation and a professional standard report was provided for users.Use of low surface treatment modified epoxy coatings together with suitable topcoat was taken as the main anti-corrosion maintenance method.It provides new ideas for solving corrosion maintenance problems of bridge steel structures and offers a new method of effective asset management maximizing customers’asset operation life cycle.
