摘  要:目的:探讨采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定人体尿液中的微量元素的研究价值。方法:选择2020年1月~6月采集的健康人群尿液52份作为标本,采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定尿样中的微量元素。结果:不同内标测定有证标准物质的测定结果范围均在参考范围内;各元素在线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r均>0.999;测定人体尿液中13种微量元素批间精密度为1.1%~9.4%,日间精密度为1.5%~12.2%,平均回收率为88.5%~117.5%。结论:电感耦合等离子体-质谱法具有操作简单特征,应用在人体尿液的微量元素检测中可同时测定多种元素,且准确度高,样品用量少。Objective:To explore the research value of determination of trace elements in human urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods:52 urine samples of healthy people from January to June 2020 were selected as samples,and the trace elements in urine samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results:The internal standard method was used to determine the certified reference materials,and the measurement results were within the reference range;each element had a good linear relationship within the linear range,and the correlation coefficient r was greater than 0.999;the inter-assay precision of 13 trace elements in human urine was determined as 1.1%~9.4%,daytime precision is 1.5%~12.2%,and average recovery rate is 88.5%~117.5%.Conclusion:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)has the characteristics of simple operation,which can be used in the determination of trace elements in human urine to simultaneously determine multiple elements,with high accuracy and small sample consumption,which is worthy of promotion.
