耳声发射仪在新生儿听力筛查中的应用进展

摘　　要：听力障碍属于新生儿较为常见的一种出生缺陷,正常新生儿产生听力障碍的概率为0.3%。婴幼儿听力受损将直接对其语言形成、心理发育以及智力发育产生严重的影响。对存在听力障碍的新生儿应遵照早发现、早诊断以及早干预的治疗原则。所以,新生儿听力筛查工作便显得尤为重要,耳声发射仪是一种临床运用较为广泛的设备,其合理运用对及时发现新生儿听力障碍具有积极意义。为此,本文简要分析了国内外关于耳声发射仪在新生儿听力筛查中的运用研究现状,以期总结耳声发射仪合理运用方案。Hearing impairment is a common birth defect among newborns,and the probability of hearing impairment among normal newborns is 0.3%.Hearing impairment of infants and young children will have a serious impact on their language formation,psychological development and intellectual development.The principles of early detection,early diagnosis and early intervention should be followed for newborns with hearing impairment.Therefore,hearing screening of newborns is particularly important.Otoacoustic emission(OAE)instrument is a kind of equipment widely used in clinical practice,and its reasonable application is of positive significance for timely detection of hearing impairment of newborns.Therefore,this article briefly analyzes the current research status of the application of otoacoustic emission instrument in newborn hearing screening at home and abroad,in order to summarize the reasonable application plan of otoacoustic emission instrument.
