摘 要:目的:分析全自动化学发光仪在乙肝病毒血清学检验中的应用。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年1月到本院就诊的112例疑似乙肝病毒感染患者;分别进行化学发光法与酶联免疫法检验;对比两种检验方式的效果。结果:化学发光法在HBeAg、HBeAb、HBsAg、HBsAb、HBcAb等5项病毒标志物的检出率明显高于酶联免疫法(P<0.05);阳性检出率也明显高于酶联免疫法(P<0.05)。结论:在乙肝病毒的检验中,全自动化学发光仪检验乙肝病毒检出率对比酶联免疫法明显更高,且阳性检出率也更理想。Objective:To analyze the application of automatic chemiluminescence instrument in the serological examination of hepatitis B virus.Methods:112 patients with suspected hepatitis B virus infection who visited our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.Chemiluminescence assay and enzyme-linked immunoassay were performed respectively.Compare the effects of the two methods.Results:The detection rate of five viral markers in HBeAg,HBeAb,HBsAg,HBsAb and HBcAb was significantly higher than that in elisa(P<0.05).The positive detection rate was also significantly higher than that of elisa(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the test of hepatitis B virus,the detection rate of hepatitis B virus by automatic chemiluminescence analyzer is obviously higher than that by enzyme-linked immunoassay,and the positive detection rate is also more ideal.
