血涂片镜检在血常规检验中的意义分析

摘　　要：目的:研讨分析血涂片镜检在血常规检验中的意义。方法:选取2019年5月~2020年1月本院收治的96例进行血常规检查的患者,依据不同的检查结果分为48例实验组和48例对照组,实验组为正常患者,对照组为异常患者;对比两组患者血涂片结果。结果:实验组48例正常患者中,血涂片镜检检测结果有5例异常人员,其假阳性率为10.42%;对照组48例异常患者中,血涂片镜检检测结果有23例异常人员,其假阳性率为47.92%。对比两组血涂片检查结果正常率,实验组的正常率要明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床血常规检查中应用血液分析仪,可明显提升诊断的正确性,经血液分析检查后结果有正常,也存在一定的误差性,无法准确识别细胞形态,借助血涂片镜检复查,可大大降低异常结果漏诊、漏报的现象,显著提升检验结果的准确性。Objective:To discuss and analyze the significance of blood smear microscopic examination in blood routine examination.Methods:From May 2019 to January 2020,96 patients admitted to our hospital for routine blood examination were selected and divided into 48 experimental groups and 48 control groups according to different examination results.The experimental group was normal patients and the control group was abnormal patients.The blood smear results of the two groups were compared.Results:Among the 48 normal patients in the experimental group,there were 5 abnormal persons in the blood smear examination results,with a false positive rate of 10.42%;Of the 48 abnormal patients in the control group,23 were found abnormal by blood smear microscopy,with a false positive rate of 47.92%.Compared with the normal rate of blood smear examination results of the two groups,the normal rate of the experimental group is significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of blood analyzer in clinical blood routine examination can obviously improve the accuracy of diagnosis.After blood analysis,the results are normal and have certain errors.It is impossible to accurately identify cell morphology.With the help of blood smear microscopic examination,the phenomenon of missed diagnosis and omission of abnormal results can be greatly reduced,and the accuracy of test results can be significantly improved.
