摘　　要：目的:探究经皮内窥镜引导下胃造口术在严重进食障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取20例2017年7月~2019年10月本院收治的严重进食障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,对照组采用螺旋置管法;试验组采用经皮内窥镜引导下胃造口术。对比两组患者置管疗效。结果:试验组置管结果高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:经皮内窥镜引导下胃造口术对于严重进食障碍患者具有实施价值。Objective:To explore the effect of percutaneous endoscopic guided gastrostomy in patients with severe eating disorders.Methods:Twenty patients with severe eating disorders who were admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a test group.The control group:spiral catheterization;the test group:intradermal gastrostomy under the guidance of a speculum.The efficacy of catheter placement was compared between the two groups.Results:The result of tube placement in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastrostomy guided by percutaneous endoscopy has practical value for patients with severe eating disorders.
