间歇雾化吸入联合排痰机对COPD患者肺部指标的改善作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨间歇雾化吸入联合排痰机对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺部指标的改善作用。方法:选取本院COPD患者,根据治疗方案分为研究组和对照组,两组入院后采取常规治疗,在此基础上对照组采取排痰机治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用间歇雾化吸入。对比两组治疗前及治疗2周后肺功能指标、血气指标。结果:治疗前2组FVC、MMF、PEF间无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组FVC、MMF、PEF较治疗前增高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组OI、SaO2、PaCO2间无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组OI、SaO2较治疗前增高,PaCO2较治疗前降低,且研究组OI、SaO2高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:间歇雾化吸入联合排痰机可以明显改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺部指标,促进痰液排出,提高血氧饱和度。Objective:To investigate the improvement of pulmonary indicators in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by intermittent atomization inhalation combined with sputum excretion machine.Methods:Patients with COPD in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the treatment plan.The two groups received routine treatment after admission.On this basis,the control group was treated with sputum excretion machine,while the study group was treated with intermittent atomization inhalation.Lung function indexes and blood gas indexes were compared between the two groups before and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in FVC,MMF and PEF(P>0.05).After treatment,FVC,MMF and PEF were higher in the two groups than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in OI,SaO2 and PaCO2 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,OI and SaO2 in the two groups were higher than before treatment,PaCO2 was lower than before treatment,and OI and SaO2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and PaCO2 was lower In the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intermittent atomization inhalation combined with sputum excretion machine can significantly improve pulmonary indicators in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,promote sputum excretion,and increase blood oxygen saturation.
