摘 要:目的:探究雾化吸入仪于小儿呼吸系统疾病治疗有效性分析。方法:研究对象均为本院儿科收治的呼吸系统疾病患儿160例,病例筛选时间为2018年4月~2020年5月,依据蓝红双色记号笔进行1~80数列分布,80例设为常规组,予以超声雾化治疗,80例设为试验组,予以雾化吸入仪治疗。结果:治疗前2组患儿心率、血氧饱和度指标相一致,治疗后心率、血氧饱和度指标较比治疗前升高,试验组患儿心率、血氧饱和度指标高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组最终疗效评估98.75%,高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:于小儿呼吸系统疾病治疗中辅于雾化吸入仪,利于改善呼吸系统,疗效确切。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of aerosol inhaler in the treatment of pediatric respiratory diseases.Methods:The subjects of the study were all children with respiratory diseases admitted to the pediatrics department of our hospital.The case screening period was from April 2018 to May 2020,with a total of 160 cases.The 1-80 sequence was distributed according to the blue and red two-color markers,and 80 cases were divided into routines.The group was treated with aerosolization of milliliters,and 80 cases were divided into a test group,treated with aerosol inhaler.Results:Before treatment,the heart rate and blood oxygen saturation of the two groups of children were the same.After treatment,the heart rate and blood oxygen saturation were higher than before treatment.The heart rate and blood oxygen saturation of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);The final efficacy evaluation of the experimental group was 98.75%,which was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of pediatric respiratory diseases,supplemented with aerosol inhaler,it is beneficial to improve the respiratory system,the effect is definite,and it can be deepened and implemented in clinical practice.
