摘　　要：目的:探讨不同分型胫骨外侧平台骨折采用CT检查影像特征。方法:回顾性分析本院2018年1月~2020年1月收治的胫骨外侧平台骨折患者60例的临床资料,依据手术结果分型,并以手术结果为金标准,对比CT分型效果,并分析不同分型CT影像特征。结果:采用CT对胫骨外侧平台骨折进行扫描诊断,在Schatzker分型上,与手术结果符合率为100.00%。分析不同分型影像特征,其中SchatzkerⅠ型,在横断位,以胫骨平台外侧区域纵向劈裂骨折,未检出明显塌陷为临床表现;SchatzkerⅡ型,在横断位,以胫骨平台外侧区域存在劈裂性骨折,且有压缩塌陷伴发为主要表现;SchatzkerVI型,在冠状位上,以胫骨平台骨折,且有骨干与干骺端存在骨折分离为主要表现。结论:针对临床收治的胫骨外侧平台骨折患者,采用CT进行检查,与手术结果分型比较,具较高的符合率,故诊断价值居较高水平。结合影像特征,可对胫骨外侧平台骨折进行准确分型,以为临床治疗提供有效参考依据。Objective:To explore the imaging features of different types of lateral tibial plateau fractures by CT.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with lateral tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the operation results,the CT classification effects were compared and the CT imaging features of different types were analyzed.Results:CT scan was used to diagnose fracture of lateral tibial plateau,and the coincidence rate with surgical results was 100.00%according to Schatzker classification.The imaging features of different types were analyzed,among which Schatzker type I,in transverse position,showed longitudinal split fracture in the lateral area of tibial plateau without obvious collapse;Schatzker typeⅡ,in transverse position,is characterized by split fracture in the lateral area of tibial plateau with compression collapse;SchatzkerVI type,in coronal position,is mainly characterized by fracture of tibial plateau and fracture separation between shaft and metaphysis.Conclusion:Compared with the classification of surgical results,CT examination has a higher coincidence rate,so the diagnostic value is at a higher level.Combined with the imaging features,the lateral tibial plateau fractures can be accurately classified,which can provide effective reference for clinical treatment.
