超声引导下臂丛神经麻醉在手外伤患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:分析超声引导下臂丛神经麻醉在手外伤患者中的应用效果。方法:试验样本为本院收治的100例手外伤患者,入选病例均来自2017年3月~2019年10月,按照随机双盲法将其分为研究组与对照组,研究组50例采取超声引导下臂丛神经麻醉,对照组50例在传统盲探操作下进行臂丛神经麻醉,就其麻醉效果进行分析和比较。结果:研究组患者麻醉阻滞总有效率(96.0%)较之对照组(84.0%)更高,阻滞起效时间、阻滞持续时间、麻醉操作时间较之对照组更短,不良反应发生率(4.0%)较之对照组(20.0%)更低,组间比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对手外伤患者在实施超声引导下臂丛神经麻醉可取得很好的麻醉效果,且不良反应较少,此麻醉方法安全、有效。Objective:To analyze the application effect of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus anesthesia in patients with hand injury.Methods:The test sample was 100 patients with hand injury admitted to our hospital.The selected cases were all from March 2017 to October 2019.They were divided into study group and control group according to random double-blind method.The study group had 50 patients undergoing brachial plexus anesthesia under ultrasound guidance,and the control group had 50 patients undergoing brachial plexus anesthesia under traditional blind probe operation.Their anesthesia effects were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate(96.0%)of anesthesia block in the study group was higher than that in the control group(84.0%).The onset time,duration time and operation time of anesthesia block were shorter than those in the control group.the incidence rate of adverse reactions(4.0%)was lower than that in the control group(20.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided brachial plexus anesthesia for patients with hand injuries can achieve good anesthesia effect with less adverse reactions.This anesthesia method is safe and effective.
