摘　　要：目的:了解移动式CT在神经外科颅脑术后患者管理中的应用及其价值。方法:2019年1月~2019年11月对神经外科颅脑术后患者进行3335人次移动式CT头部扫描,分析移动式CT的图像质量及临床应用的便捷性、安全性。结果:移动式CT图像质量满足临床需求且性能稳定,同时能大幅节省转运患者前往放射科行常规CT所需的时间。结论:对于神经外科颅脑术后的危重患者,移动式CT检查可快速、准确发现术后患者颅内变化情况,且较常规CT扫描能降低长途转运患者过程中产生不良事件的风险。Objective:To understand the application value of mobile CT in the management of patients after intracranial surgery.Methods:3,335 patients who had mobile CT head scans after intracranial surgery were retrospectively studied from January 2019 to November 2019.The image quality,convenience and safety of the mobile CT were analyzed.Results:The quality of mobile CT images meets clinical needs and has stable performance.Meanwhile,it can greatly save the time needed to transport patients to the radiology department for routine CT.Conclusion:For critically ill patients after neurosurgical craniocerebral surgery,mobile CT scan can quickly and accurately detect intracranial changes in patients after surgery,and can reduce the risk of adverse events during long-distance transport of patients compared with conventional CT scan.
