双源CT仪器70 kV低剂量CT血管成像在儿童胡桃夹综合征中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨双源CT仪器70kV低剂量CT血管成像应用于儿童胡桃夹综合征中的效果。方法:研究样本选取为2017年10月~2020年9月临床疑似胡桃夹综合征的儿童患者46例。利用整群随机化分组法将其等分为科研组、常态组,其中常态组23例患者实施腹部增强120kV双期扫描,科研组23例患者开展双源CT仪器70kV低剂量CT血管成像。对比分析2组客观图像质量、总辐射剂量。结果:科研组动脉期左肾静脉CT值、SNR、CNR均高于常态组(P<0.05);科研组总辐射剂量明显低于常态组(P<0.05);科研组静脉期左肾静脉CT值、SNR、CNR均高于常态组(P<0.05)。结论:双源CT仪器70kV低剂量CT血管成像应用于儿童胡桃夹综合征中能够在保证图像质量的同时,有效降低辐射剂量,推广应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the effect of dual-source CT instrument 70kV low-dose CT angiography in children with nutcracker syndrome.Methods:The study samples were selected from 46 children with clinically suspected nutcracker syndrome from October 2017 to September 2020.Using cluster randomization grouping method,they were divided into scientific research group and normal group.Among them,23 patients in the normal group performed abdominal enhanced 120kV dual-phase scanning,and 23 patients in the scientific group performed dual-source CT instrument 70kV low-dose CT angiography.The objective image quality and total radiation dose of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The CT value,SNR and CNR of the left renal vein in the arterial phase of the scientific research group were higher than those of the normal group(P<0.05);the total radiation dose of the scientific research group was significantly lower than that of the normal group(P<0.05);The CT value,SNR and CNR of the left renal vein in the venous phase of the scientific research group were higher than those of the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dual-source CT instrument 70kV low-dose CT angiography in children’s nutcracker syndrome can effectively reduce the radiation dose while ensuring the image quality,which is of high value for promotion.
