心电图ST-T改变对冠心病患者临床诊断的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:评价冠心病患者临床诊断中心电图ST-T改变的参考价值,为冠心病患者临床诊断工作提供参考。方法:选择2019年3月~10月本院收治的200例疑似冠心病患者,均行冠状动脉造影检查、心电图检查。根据心电图ST-T改变与否情况,分为心电图ST-T改变的观察组(n=130)、ST-T无改变的对照组(n=70)。比较对照组与观察组受检患者的心电图检查准确性以及观察组ST-T改变患者的病变支数情况。结果:观察组受试患者的ST-T段改变确诊率明显高于对照组ST-T无改变确诊率,且观察组多支病变ST-T段改变率高于单支病变ST-T段改变率,经统计学计算,P<0.05。结论:心电图ST-T段变化可以有效判断疑似冠心病情况,但仍有漏诊风险,需根据患者症状体征情况辅助其他检查手段以提高检查的准确性,为疾病治疗提供参考,提高冠心病患者治疗预后与安全性。Objective:To evaluate the reference value of ECG ST-T changes in the clinical diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease,and to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:200 patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March to October,2019 were all examined by coronary angiography and electrocardiogram.According to whether or not the electrocardiogram ST-T changes,it is divided into the observation group of electrocardiogram ST-T changes(n=130)and the control group of ST-T changes(n=70).The accuracy of electrocardiogram in the control group and the observation group were compared,and the number of lesions in the observation group was changed by ST-T.Results:The diagnosis rate of ST-T segment changes in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group without ST-T changes,and the ST-T segment change rate in the observation group was higher than that of single-vessel lesions.According to statistical calculation,P<0.05.Conclusion:Changes in the ST-T segment of the electrocardiogram can effectively determine the suspected coronary heart disease,but there is still a risk of missed diagnosis.It is necessary to assist other examination methods According to the symptoms and signs of patients to improve the accuracy of the examination,provide reference for the treatment of diseases,and improve the prognosis and safety of the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.
