摘 要:目的:通过分析高血压患者的脉搏波传导速度(PWV),来探讨脉搏波速测定仪在高血压患者早期动脉硬化评估中的作用。方法:选择2019年2月~2020年3月在北京顺义区空港医院就诊的老年高血压患者138例作为研究对象,其中合并动脉粥样硬化患者68例为观察组,无动脉粥样硬化高血压患者70例为对照组。所有患者均采用脉搏波速测定仪检测收缩期起始时脉搏波传导速度(PWV-BS)与收缩期结束时脉搏波传导速度(PWV-ES)。结果:观察组和对照组之间的年龄无显著差异(P>0.05),但观察组PWV-BS和PWV-ES均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组中男性患者的PWV-BS和PWV-ES均明显高于女性患者(P<0.01)。结论:脉搏波速测定仪可以通过测定PWV,来有效地评估出老年高血压患者早发动脉粥样硬化的风险。Objective:To explore the role of pulse wave velocimetry in the evaluation of early arteriosclerosis in patients with hypertension by analyzing PWV in patients with hypertension.Methods:138 elderly patients with hypertension treated in Beijing Shunyi District Airport Hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research object,including 68 patients with atherosclerosis as the observation group and 70 patients without atherosclerosis as the control group.Pulse wave velocity(PWV-BS)at the beginning of systole and pulse wave velocity(PWV-ES)at the end of systole were measured by pulse wave velocity meter in all patients.Results:There was no significant difference in age between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).PWV-BS and PWV-ES in the observation group,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),And the PWV-BS and PWV-ES of male patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of female patients.(P<0.01).Conclusion:Pulse wave velocimetry can effectively evaluate the risk of early atherosclerosis in elderly patients with hypertension by measuring pulse wave velocity(PWV).
