快速血糖检测仪和日立7080生化分析仪检测血糖结果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究日立7080生化分析仪与快速血糖检测仪在血糖检测效果方面差异。方法:选择在本院门诊进行血糖检测的25例患者为研究样本,其检测时间均在2018年11月~2019年11月。全部患者均采集血液样本,并分别使用日立7080生化分析仪与快速血糖检测仪进行血糖水平检测。对比日立7080生化分析仪与快速血糖检测仪检测平均血糖水平差异。结果:日立7080生化分析仪与快速血糖检测仪检测血糖平均水平分别是(6.10±1.48)mmol/L、(6.20±1.46)mmol/L,两种检测方式血糖水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:快速血糖检测仪以及日立7080生化分析仪均可用于临床血糖水平检测,并且快速血糖检测仪检测速度快,操作步骤简单,血糖检测准确性良好,可用于临床糖尿病筛查以及监测。Objective:To explore the difference in blood glucose detection effect between Hitachi 7080 biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose monitor.Methods:25 patients who were tested for blood glucose in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the research samples,and the testing time was from November 2018 to November 2019.All patients collected blood samples and used Hitachi 7080 biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose monitor to test their blood glucose levels.Compare Hitachi 7080 biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose monitor to detect the difference in average blood glucose level.Results:The average blood glucose levels detected by Hitachi 7080 biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose monitor were(6.10±1.48)mmol/L and(6.20±1.46)mmol/L,respectively.There was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two detection methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both the fast blood glucose monitor and Hitachi 7080 biochemical analyzer can be used for clinical blood glucose level detection,and the fast blood glucose monitor has fast detection speed,simple operation steps,and good blood glucose detection accuracy.It can be used for clinical diabetes screening and monitoring.
