摘　　要：目的:研究并评价POCT血糖仪在血糖检测中的临床价值。方法:将2019年3月~2020年3月本院接诊的糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,随机分组用不同血糖检测方法,对照组50例接受生化分析仪检测,观察组50例接受POCT血糖仪检测,比较两组检测结果,以此检测POCT血糖仪在血糖检测中的临床价值。结果:观察组与对照组比较血糖检测结果,无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组比较检测时间,观察组短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);以生化分析仪检测结果为参考标准,观察组检测结果符合率达98%。结论:POCT血糖仪在糖尿病患者的临床血糖检测中,检测准确率高,而且检测时间更短。Objective:To study and evaluate the clinical value of POCT blood glucose meter in blood glucose detection.Methods:100 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into groups using different blood glucose testing methods.50 patients in the control group were tested by a biochemical analyzer,and 50 patients in the observation group received POCT blood glucose.The test results of the two groups are compared to test the clinical value of the POCT blood glucose meter in blood glucose detection.Results:Comparing the blood glucose test results between the observation group and the control group,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);The two groups compared the detection time,the observation group was shorter than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);With reference to the standard,the compliance rate of the observation group’s test results reached 98%.Conclusion:The POCT blood glucose meter has a high detection accuracy rate and a shorter detection time in the clinical blood glucose detection of diabetic patients.
