精细化管理在医院医疗设备管理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨精细化管理在医院医疗设备管理中的应用分析。方法:选取2018年12月~2020年5月本院医疗设备中心需要接受消毒等管理设施的医疗设备68件作为研究对象,随机分成观察组(n=34件)和对照组(n=34件),对照组采用常规管理方法进行干预,观察组采用精细化管理方法进行干预,干预后,对医疗设备的管理效果进行有效评估,比较两组医疗设备的综合管理效果,院内感染引发率以及管理后患者临床满意度。结果:管理后,观察组回收合格、清洗合格,消毒杀菌合格以及发放准确率均高于对照组(P<0.05),管理后,观察组因医疗设备临床产生院内感染的引发率低于对照组(P<0.05),管理后,观察组患者总体护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医院医疗设备管理中采用精细化管理,能够有效提高医疗设备的综合管理质量,能够降低院内感染的引发率,能够提高患者临床满意度。Objective:To explore the application of fine management in hospital medical equipment management.Methods:68 pieces of medical equipment which need to receive disinfection and other management facilities in the medical equipment center of our hospital from December 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=34 pieces)and control group(n=34 pieces).The control group was intervened by conventional management method,and the observation group used refined management methods to intervene.After the intervention,the effectiveness of the management of medical equipment was effectively evaluated,and the comprehensive management effects of the two groups of medical equipment were compared,the incidence of nosocomial infection and the clinical satisfaction of patients after management were compared.Results:After management,the recovery qualified,cleaning qualified,disinfection qualified and distribution accuracy rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After management,the incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine management in hospital medical equipment management can effectively improve the comprehensive management quality of medical equipment,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,and improve the clinical satisfaction of patients.
