精细化管理在硬式内镜器械机械清洗消毒质量控制中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析对硬式内镜器械实施精细化管理对其清洗消毒质量的控制作用。方法:分析精细化管理实施前(2018年6月~12月)硬式内镜器械15120件的与实施后(2019年1月~6月)硬式内镜器械17080件的清洗质量。结果:实施后,清洗合格率、工作人员对硬式内镜机械清洗消毒操作考核评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:对于硬式内镜器械而言,实施精细化管理可以提高清洗合格率,还可以提高工作人员硬式内镜器械机械清洗消毒操作考核评分。Objective:To analyze the effect of fine management on cleaning and disinfection quality of rigid endoscopic instruments.Method:The cleaning quality of 15,120 pieces of rigid endoscopic instruments before the implementation of fine management(June to December 2018)and 17,080 pieces of rigid endoscopic instruments after the implementation of fine management(January to June 2019)was analyzed.Result:After implementation,the cleaning pass rate and the staff’s evaluation score of cleaning and disinfection operation of rigid endoscopic machinery were higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:For rigid endoscopic instruments,the implementation of fine management can improve the cleaning pass rate,and can also improve the staff’s evaluation score of mechanical cleaning and disinfection operation of rigid endoscopic instruments.
