摘  要:通过金相检验、物相分析、自腐蚀电位测试等手段研究了板式换热器用纯钛冷冲压波纹板片的耐腐蚀性能。研究结果表明,纯钛板在冷冲压后显微组织中没有出现新的析出相,其自腐蚀电位变大,耐腐蚀性能变好。纯钛板耐腐蚀性能提高的主要原因是其表面的钝化膜经冷冲压后变得更为致密,从而提高了其自腐蚀电位。Corrosion resistance of pure titanium cold stamping corrugated sheet for plate heat exchanger was studied by means of metallographic examination,phase analysis and free corrosion potential test.The results showed there was no new precipitate in the microstructure of pure titanium sheet after cold stamping;moreover,the free corrosion potential increased and the corrosion resistance improved.The main reason for the betterment of corrosion resistance of pure titanium sheet was that the passive film on the surface became more compact after cold stamping,which raised the free corrosion potential.
