摘 要:目的评估糖尿病患者实施快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪检测的血葡萄糖结果。方法将2017年10月至2019年10月南阳市第一人民医院诊治的122例糖尿病患者纳入实验资料,分别予行快速血糖仪、全自动生化分析仪血糖检测,比较两种检测仪器<6.0 mmol/L、6.0~<11.1 mmol/L、11.1~<16.1 mmol/L、≥16.1 mmol/L的糖尿病患者血葡萄糖结果。结果快速血糖仪检测糖尿病患者的血葡萄糖结果均略低于全自动生化分析仪,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病患者应用快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪检测的血糖指标无明显差异,准确度相对较高,因此快速血糖仪可作为糖尿病患者血糖监测仪器推广使用。【Objective】To evaluate the blood glucose results of patients with diabetes using a rapid glucose meter and an automatic biochemical analyzer.【Methods】A total of 122 cases of diabetes patients treated in our hospital were included in the e xperimental data.From October 2017 to October 2019 was the extraction time.Rapid glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer were respectively provided,and the blood glucose results of diabetes patients<6.0 mmol/L,6.0~<11.1 mmol/L,11.1~<16.1 mmol/L,≥16.1 mmol/L were compared.【Results】The blood glucose of diabetic patients with rapid glucose meter<6.0 mmol/L,6.0~<11.1 mmol/L,11.1~<16.1 mmol/L,≥16.1 mmol/L was lower than that of automatic biochemical analyzer,showing no statistical significance(P>0.05).【Conclusion】There is no significant difference between rapid glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer in detecting blood glucose indexes in patients with diabetes.Therefore,rapid glucose meter can be used as a glucose monitoring instrument in patients with diabetes with relatively high accuracy level.
