基于兔结肠逆蠕动浅谈结肠蠕动对排便的影响

摘　　要：关于结肠逆蠕动报道的文献不多。在对直肠黏膜内脱垂(IRP)兔作排粪造影时,发现IRP兔均发生逆蠕动。结合相关的实验,该文分别从动物的解剖、病理与影像等角度分析逆蠕动的原因,考虑其形成与肠蠕动动力不足及粪便的阻力相关,论述逆蠕动对临床排便研究的指导意义。It's rarely reported of the retrograde peristalsis of colon.We found that every internal rectal prolapse(IRP)rabbit has a colonic retrograde peristalsis during the defecography of the IRP rabbit.Based on the relevant experiments,the causes of anti peristalsis were analyzed from the perspectives of anatomy,pathology and imaging of animals,considering that the formation of anti peristalsis was related to the lack of intestinal peristalsis power and the resistance of feces.We discussed the clinical significance of colonic retrograde peristalsis.
